The ruler’s hey days are numbered

We have a system of rules that have become unproductively complex making it impossible for governing bodies to react to changes that must be made. I have just defined Congress.
In order to stop our downward spiral, (which most believe impossible to do), we must launch the hydrogen economy and the hemp industry in all fifty states equally and fairly. The 8,000 Americans making more than $125 million a year will be totally against it. The common people will become richer and the wealthy will not be enjoying annual increases because of the fact we have 200 million DGAs coming soon to America, land of the free again also soon. Distributed Generation Association members are the coolest people on earth. They’re very few, now. The revolutionary movement to become self-sufficient is the answer to surviving the hard times coming.
The average citizen will have the opportunity to become a DGA. They do not have electric or natural gas bills and the water bill is very small.  They are no longer users of fossil fuel of any kind for any purpose. They put out no green house gases while being contributors of society in many ways. They have green products for sale. Green electricity, hydrogen, oxygen, pure water, organic food, and herbs. When you have love, health, and a bright future, you are rich in life, while not sitting on a pile of money.
The greedy rulers have had their hey day lasting over 100 years. Now it is time to bring back “Hemp For Victory”. In 1942 we were in a war to survive. Now we are in a bigger more complex war brought on by greed. The hemp industry will bring more good jobs than all fossil fuel employment has ever brought while not trashing the world. Any questions? A DGA is a Distributed Generation Association member

We are maintaining the status as the #1 most un-green state, and we were 36th in this country to bring in the Viet Nam Veteran’s day. I suggest Ohio become the 2nd state to raise the min. wage to $10.00 per hour including waitress, movie theater, and hotel employees for many good reasons. If the voters say no, to that issue, we will continue to be #1 in being the most backward. The positive out weighs the negative by far. Actually I can’t think of a negative, but there are many positive affects. Reducing food stamps and welfare dependency, creates motivation to want to work while instilling a little self-esteem, and enhancing the economy in most industries. Back when the min. wage began, the theory was to increase as the cost of living raises, so it should at least $20.00.
The comments and questions to my web site are becoming very interesting. Can any scientist answer this question? How much hydrogen or water will leave the earth into the universe because we are using the power of the sun and wind to split the hydrogen and oxygen in your downspout water or out of the reservoirs? Also the hydrogen we use for heat and to fuel internal combustion engines? I believe if we were to have a billion DGAs in the world, and at least half of all heat and transportation was accomplished by hydrogen, we would not loose one additional drop of water off the face of the earth, because the exhaust product of burning hydrogen is water vapor.
Hemp charcoal can replace the total use of coal. Hemp can replace the total use of cotton, tobacco, all petroleum based products, and all reasons to burn any fossil fuel. We also do not need any nuke power, thank you, but we must have a plan to launch the hemp industry and the hydrogen economy. It will not just magically happen. www.thetopcatplan.com brings the only plan to do just that. Terry Cook, Findlay, Ohio

Natural gas

How many hundreds of millions of families depend on natural gas to heat their home and water?  It is the cheapest and easiest, but it is no way the cleanest.  Natural gas puts out more greenhouse gases and carbon-monoxide than gasoline or diesel fuel.  You are burning a fossil fuel that is a limited supply commodity.  Supplies will peck in the next decade.  The future needs for energy will constantly rise and so will the price of electricity and fuel, being doubled in the next ten years will be a certainty.

If you become a DGA (Distributed Generation Association) member this year, your gas station, electric, and natural gas bills will be nothing.  The excess electrical energy you do not need will go to the grid that will render you a check from the power company.  If you have to finance your solar collectors, wind mills, and hydrogen generator.  In one to four years your dept will be paid.  Being a DGA, makes a brighter future for you and the world.

We live on this earth for such a short time.  It is our responsibility to do

what is humanly possible to make a positive impact, now.  I have 4 goals that must be accomplished before I physically die.  My 2 most important, for the prevention of agony and lose of life are,  cap all metal guard rails on all drag strips while making all strips completely safe for motorcycles.  The most crucial, for the well being of all creatures including us, is to do everything possible to reverse global warming.  I am declaring WAR on those two missions that must be carried out.  Every person and company I deal with, will be my friend or my enemy, it’s your choice. Hemp out produces paper

Several mistakes were made in my April 14th  letter to the editor.  I stated hemp out produces paper by 4.1 percent.  What I meant to say was 4.1 times or 410 percent.  So why are we still cutting down trees for lumber and paper?  I also stated my plan will serve to enhance the economy of several million Americans, I intended to say several 100 million.  I hoped one of my responders would have pointed that out because I have stated these facts previously.

I also quoted Jack Herer’s book,  The Emperor Wears No Clothes 12th edition of the Hemp Bible, The average person spends 80% of their income for energy.  So if a citizen has the ability to harness the power of the sun and wind, add some downspout water to make hydrogen and oxygen, he or she has become a (DGA), Distributed Generation Association member.  A DGA spends no money at the gas station, for natural gas, or for electricity from a nuke or coal burning power plant, and that household puts out zero greenhouse gases.  The cost of energy drops to very little over a very short time period.  After you have paid in full the cost of the equipment, your check from the electric power you have produced adds a plus to your income instead of an 80% cost for all your energy needs. Also use your electric power for growing fruits and vegetables indoors year around.

Abe Lincoln was still alive when a man invented fuel cell technology,  introduced it to the world, and the world said, “ That’s fine, but we have oil.”

I say, “leave the rest of the worlds oil and coal where it belongs, in the ground or under the ocean.”  God has given us hemp and hydrogen to use, so why not reverse global warming, put at least 10 million Americans to work, and enhance the economy and feed billions of people on earth.

Who is Nikola Tesla?

If I were to ask every person in Findlay, who was Nikola Tesla?   Very few would know the man that had more of a positive impact on humanity than all others.  His countless inventions and theories such as (AC) electric systems, his own electric car, turbine, coil, oscillator, and the American Grid.  Thanks to him, anybody that generates electricity from the power of the sun and wind will be compensated for the excess they do not use.  Nikola did not seek fame and fortune.  He got off by blowing people’s minds much like I enjoyed in Thursday’s meeting with GFI.  I was given the floor with a 5 to 10 minute time limit.  I stated I was there to enlighten, gain their confidence, and endorsement for my plan to turn our country to a positive direction for the future betterment of all mankind. I have 17 divisions of green products to be manufactured in a green manner. Establishing the largest group of Distributed Generation Association members and supplying the equipment to maintain their status as the coolest people on earth, manufacture a hydrogen generator and the most aerodynamic, stylish, lightweight trailer in 6 sizes with today’s technical advancements.

Jeremiah Gracia asked me if I had something to show.  I then placed a scale model of my trailer body on the table.

Shortly after eight minutes people started walking out.

My plan will create work for at least 10 million people while enhancing the economy of 100’s of millions.  I placed a question for everybody to think about and for each to give me a business card.  The question is something I would like to ask everyone.  Why are we building a new school without installing a 150,000 gal downspout parking lot reservoir under the parking lot to help with flooding and to use to grow food, algae, and use the power of the sun and wind to make hydrogen and oxygen to heat water and air and to supply the school buses with a fuel that puts out no poison.

Not one person give me a card.  I laughed and I knew I would be going  to other towns with my plan.

In the near future, a person will have the choice to buy green in every item and service including shipping.  Terry Cook

Fossel Fuel vs Hydrogen

It’s no wonder, most of the world hates us.  The average American uses 8,000 lbs of oil, 4,700 lbs of natural gas, 5150 lbs of coal, and one tenth of a pound of uranium a year.  The U.S. makes up 5% of the world’s population.  We consume 25 percent of the world’s energy, put out 30% of the earth’s carbon dioxide emissions.  6.6 tons green house gases are emitted per person yearly.  82% emissions comes by burning fossil fuel to generate electricity, autos, trucks, trains, buses, and planes.  Other contributing factors are, methane gas from landfills, modern agriculture practices, natural gas pipelines, and industrial chemicals.

The last century has rendered us addicted to oil and stupid practices. That now threatens to destroy us and our planet. The rulers had their hey day. Their ruling days are over.  The Hydrogen and Hemp economy is in the very near future. The average person does not know that yet.  I wonder why.

Hydrogen is a straight line projecting ever upward. It is available to all.  We have a chance to be on the forefront of the business of developing, manufacturing, using, and marketing the fuel cells and the accompanying equipment that goes with distributed generation.  By using the power of the sun and wind we generate electricity to make clean hydrogen from water.  Store the oxygen and hydrogen to be used in fuel cells, to fuel any internal combustion engine, generate you own electricity, and send your excess to the power grid.  By doing so you have become a DGA, Distributed Generation Association member.  A DGA puts out no added CO2s, using their hydrogen for heat and transportation fuel, uses no fossil fuel or natural gas, puts out no green house gases, and uses no public electricity. Is that cool or what?  Terry Cook

Loren Pace

Mr. Pace has not read “The Emperor Wears No Clothes” or “Internal Combustion”.  If he had, he would not be making such stupid statements.

Last month, my old Sunday School Teacher told me, “They’re not going to allow you to do what you are intending to do.”

At least 8,000 U.S. citizens are making at least 124 million dollars a year.  Then you have people making a lot more than that. James H. Miller and Loren Pace says, “What I propose to do, can’t be done.”  “ If it could, it would have already been done by the rich and powerful.”  Guess What!!! The cronies and the rich like it like it is.  Keep all Americans co-dependent instead of self-sufficient.  My future is in organizing and maintaining 200 million DGA’s.   A Distributed Generation Association member has their own drinking water, energy, food and puts out no greenhouse gases.  These people are concerned about the future well being of the generations to come. In the hydrogen economy, it is not the goal to make a few super rich but to have every person able to live life to it’s fullest in a productive manner while being a contributor to society.

Since my last letter on Aug 9, I have received very mixed reviews.  While standing in line at the Wal-Mart, a man approached me to say, “you don’t know me, but I know you, my family and I wish to thank you for your letters, your ideas, visions, and plan for a new direction giving us hope for the future.”  The next day while working, a man I have respected and admired for quite awhile said to me, “Cookie, Loren Pace sure cut you a new one.”  I said, “I know, that’s what I hoped he would do”.  Then my friend stated, “All your letters mean nothing, are a complete waste of paper, nothing is going to change in our lifetime, we are going to use the oil and coal till its gone, we have too much invested to change, and we’ll be putting people out of work.”

I say, “For every one job lost, I’ll have 9 good jobs.”   Terry Cook
